Marathon Man: Local Sous Chef Andrew Leonard, from luxury hospitality location, Lough Erne Resort, is in training ahead of the Belfast Marathon. He will undertake the 26-mile challenge to help raise much-needed funds for the Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice which cares for over 300 children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions.
