Brief

It’s not every day you get to work for Royalty – so when we got a call to help out The King of Gluten free to introduce a new brand and range of products to the market we couldn’t refuse. Antrim entrepreneur Colum McLornan who amongst other things co-owns the Marine Hotel in Ballycastle had spotted a gap in the market for gluten free chicken goujons and a range of other gluten free products and was keen to get his brand out there.

Response

Our team quickly got to work generating photography that was consistent with his new brand which had been developed by Belfast agency Part Two and quickly generated a quirky press release to support the picture and get The King’s message out there. We also generated a series of feature profiles in trade press and online portals as well as the daily newspapers.

Results

Although early days Colum’s new products have been listed in a number of key outlets and he has enjoyed sampling opportunities with Tesco at Knocknagoney. He also plans to widen the range to tap into the growing demand for gluten-free products.
