To assist in the internal and external communications for the launch of the LacPatrick Co-op, after the merger of two major Northern Irish dairy co-ops, Ballyrashane and Town of Monaghan. Thereafter to support the building of this powerful new brand throughout the island of Ireland.
We used our extensive experience of marketing in the food and drink sector to deliver a comprehensive communications strategy to launch the new brand identity. We worked closely with those in LacPatrick, managing everything from the company’s webpage, newsletters, press releases and investment announcements. We planned internal and external communications and worked closely with the senior executive and boards of both co-ops throughout the process.
From print to television and radio coverage we achieved over 50 pieces of coverage on the merger. LacPatrick also received significant follow-up coverage on their investment plans, including several broadcasting features.
