Premier outside caterer Simon Dougan of The Yellow Door shows off an innovative promotional DVD serving platter used at catering events. Simon is giving a master class at the “In Any Event” conference and exhibition at the Europa Hotel on October 6. Event organizer MichaelJeffrey (centre) is joined by keynote speaker at the conference Alistair McGowan, who led the team which secured the World Police & Fire Games for Belfast in 2013.
