Founder / MD

One of the foremost PR and Communications practitioners in Northern Ireland, David is a former regional newspaper editor who, prior to entering the world of PR and concurrent with his time as a Lisburn based journalist, worked freelance for Belfast daily and Sunday newspapers as well as local broadcast media. He’s a hands-on owner-manager who has worked throughout the UK and Ireland for clients in both the private and public sectors. Outside work David is a keen musician and sports fan.



Creativity Director

Andy Green is an international conference speaker, multiple author, brand storyteller and a global expert on PR creativity. Andy helps SERIOUS clients by inspiring creativity, innovation and flexible thinking skills in individuals, teams and communities – and advising on spreading memorable ideas through better brand story-telling, the creation of powerful memes and smart PR strategy.



Associate Director

Dawn joined SERIOUS after five years working for a number of top agencies in England. She is a corporate communications specialist, and has worked with international organisations in the education and legal sectors, well-known names across the UK’s financial services, retail and hospitality sectors, as well as a host of owner-managed SMEs. She has a string of award-winning campaigns under her belt and is well versed in all aspects of integrated communications strategies.




Laura joined SERIOUS from Drury|Porter Novelli in Dublin where she specialised in creating high impact and creative PR campaigns that delivered on objectives. She has substantial experience in consumer, food, travel and lifestyle PR and has worked with a number of high-profile clients in the Republic of Ireland.



PR Executive

Kathryn returned to Northern Ireland from Brussels after working for a year in the European Parliament for a local MEP. She graduated from University of Glasgow with an MA in Political Science as well as undertaking roles such as TEDxUofG Press Officer, Political Editor of G-You Magazine and captaining one of University of Glasgow’s hockey teams. She has a keen interest in music, travelling and snapchatting.



PR Executive

Melissa graduated from Ulster University where she studied Communication advertising and Marketing. During her placement year, she worked as press assistant at Harrods, further sparking her interest in lifestyle PR. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys exploring interior trends via Instagram and dining her way round Belfast’s culinary scene one restaurant at a time.
