Portadown development stats confirm uplift in housing market

Further evidence of an uplift in the housing market came today when a Portadown developer reported agreed sales of approximately 40 houses in the 10 weeks following a highly successful open day at Clendinning at Maghon Park in the town.

Built by Turkington Holdings, the range of three and four bedroom detached and semi-detached homes (just off the Mahon Road), are available as turnkey buys and through a number of routes to purchase. As an added incentive, prices at Clendinning are being pegged at June’s levels despite reports of rising house prices elsewhere due to the prevailing upturn in the property market.

A three bedroom semi-detached home with garage at Clendinning selling at £114,950 could work out at less than £450 per month, with no deposit to pay. Turkington Holdings are also offering full turnkey options for only £124,950.
