Opp for local Potter fans to go ‘potty’ thanks to Travel Solutions

HARRY Potter fans are expected to go “potty” over the chance to go on a magical behind-the-scenes tour of the set where the eight blockbuster movies were shot near London.

For the first time ever Warner Bros is opening the doors of the sacred studio allowing diehard fans to follow in the footsteps of Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson visiting some of the most memorable and recognizable sets including the Great Hall, Dumbledore’s office and the Gryffindor common room.

As well as the sets there will be a chance to see some of the famous costumes, props and animatronics which provides a unique showcase of the wizardry which went into making the most successful film series of all time.

Such has been the interest worldwide in The Making of Harry Potter studio tour that one local travel company has had to work extra hard to secure tickets for Northern Ireland fans.

The company has secured 200 passes for four five day/four night trips to the set next May, June, July and October.

Also for the first time fans of the highly successful period drama Downton Abbey will have the chance to tour the magnificent Highclere Castle where the hit TV show was filmed.

Travel Solutions is running two trips next July and August. Young fans can also travel for the first time to Peppa Pig World in another new offering from the award-winning Belfast company.
