BRIEF
An initiative between Southern Regional College Dundalk Institute of Technology aimed at attracting expatriate graduates back to the eastern border counties of South Down, Armagh, Louth and Monaghan, as well as national and international ‘would-be’ entrepreneurs, to set up innovative knowledge-based businesses in Eastern Cross-Border region.
RESPONSE
A sustained PR campaign targeting local, national and international media was delivered over a sustained 12 week period.
RESULTS
Local, national and international media coverage was achieved including eight publications in local and national newspapers. Interviews aired on national and local radio with a listenership of almost 750,000, and over 30 online news sites were secured including Reuters and MSNBC.
